WORLD CLASS VOYAGER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DAY TOURS:
Our terms and conditions are straight forward and easy to understand, please read them, as reading, and accepting them is a condition for booking your tour. If you have any questions regarding, you may contact us at info@worldclassvoyager.com
At World Class Voyager, we value your choice in having selected us for your travels in Italy, and we are committed to delivering the services requested promptly and efficiently as we are continuously working to ensure that we deliver and maintain high standards of travel services that our clients expect of us.
THIS AGREEMENT establishes the terms under which Rinaldi G. G: Moscatiello d.b.a. World Class Voyager, agrees to provide you with the travel services and / or accommodations that you have selected by our offerings.

BOOKING A TOUR, TRAVEL PACKAGE OR ANY OTHER TRAVEL RELATED SERVICE:

Booking a tour, travel package or any other travel related service from World Class Voyager requires a non-refundable booking fee of $ 50.00 U.S. dollars per passenger to hold a reservation, the total cost of the tour is due in full 30 days before departure either by bank transfer, credit, or debit card. The $50.00 U.S. Dollar booking fee is not refundable and will however be applied toward the total cost the travel package or services purchased through World Class Voyager.

World Class Voyager retains the right to cancel any travel package or service within 3 business days of the booking for any supplier issues that may arise, in this case World Class Voyager will refund both the Booking fee and any other amount paid for travel packages or services purchasce from World Class Voyager with no further obligation due to the traveler by World Class Voyager. For information on refunds please refer to the relative “Refund” section of this contract.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
It is you, the traveler that have the sole responsibility to have the proper documentation to enter and to travel in Italy, it is also your responsibility to assure that enough “Visa” pages are available in the passport that you are using as Italy requires a minimum. World Class Voyager by no means is to be held responsible for any tour participants travel documents, therefore make sure you acquire the proper documentation and hold on to them throughout your trip to Italy as World Class Voyager is not responsible under any circumstance for any travel documents or lack of travel documents.
Note: In Italy hotels will ask to see and hold your passports during check in which is mandatory by law in Italy, you however may make a copy of your passport to hand it to them for this purpose instead of your original passport, the hotel will return either one of these two options to you when the check in process is over, note that some hotels may still request original I.D.
IDENTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION:

The name and date of birth you provide for your World Class Voyager booking must match the name and date of birth on your passport or legal I.D, first and last names are sufficient for booking. We require this so that we can correctly identify all passengers, we also require passengers cell phone numbers and email addresses for communication before, after and during the tour, we also suggest passengers install the “What’s App” application on their cell phones as it will be the preferred and most effective method of communication with World Class Voyager while traveling.
TRAVEL TIMES:

While touring with World Class Voyager you will have established times for pickups and drop offs, we expect you to respect those times, as World Class Voyager will not be held responsible for anyone not being present at established times and meeting points, if you miss a scheduled pick up, any eventual transfers or consequential extras will be at your sole expense and in no case will World Class Voyager be responsible for any unused transfers, missed appointments and unused services.
UNUSED TOUR ELEMENTS:

No refund will be given for any unused tour features, either by reason of customers choice, for operational reasons, because of bad weather or any other inconvenience of which World Class Voyager has no control over.
ERRORS:
In case of printing, typographical error, computer error, verbal or human billing error, we reserve the right to invoice or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE FOR DAY TOURS:

Only handbags are permitted on day tours, as vehicle space il limited and many touring sites do not allow luggage on premises.
If more is luggage to be transported, arrangements must be made with World Class Voyager at least 30 days prior to start of tour as there will be supplemental surcharge involved for excess baggage.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your reservations, the penalties shown below will apply depending on the length of time remaining before departure. Your right to receive a refund is limited.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
​
Cancellation charge percentages are based on price of the travel package and or other travel services purchased from World Class Voyager minus the non-refundable $50.00 booking fee and eventual refund costs such as international transfer fees or currency exchange fees..
YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CHARGES:
30 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:

Your payment will totally be refunded minus the $ 50 USD non-refundable Booking fee per passenger, the train ticket portion of the tour and minus any costs or differences in the exchange rate, transfer fees and any other fee World Class Voyager may incur to deliver your refund. *See information below about train tickets.
29 TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE 20 % OF THE PURCHASE COST PENALTY:

If for any reason you should cancel your booking from 29 to 15 days prior to your departure you will receive an 80% refund minus the $ 50 non-refundable booking fee per passenger, the train ticket protion of the tour and minus any costs or differences in the exchange rate, transfer fees and any other fee World Class Voyager may incur to deliver your refund. *See information below about train tickets.

14 TO 4 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE 40% OF THE PURCHASE COST PENALTY:

If for any reason you should cancel your booking from 14 to 4 days prior to your departure you will receive a 60% refund of the cost of the World Class Voyager tour minus the $ 50 non-refundable booking fee per passenger and minus any costs or differences in the exchange rate, transfer fees and any other fee World Class Voyager may incur to deliver your refund. *See information below about train tickets.

3 TO 1 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE 60% OF THE PURCHASE COST PENALTY:

If for any reason you should cancel your booking from 3 to 1 days prior to your departure you will receive a 40% refund of the cost of the World Class Voyager tour minus the $ 50 non-refundable booking fee per passenger, the train portion of the tour, and minus any costs or differences in the exchange rate, transfer fees and any other fee World Class Voyager may incur to deliver your refund. *See information below about train tickets.

Train Tickets:
​
The train ticket portion of the trip is non refundable as too keep our prices as low as possible, we purchese the best possible seats with the best possible prices, therefore these types of tickets are non changeable therefore non refundable.

ZERO DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE AND NO SHOWS:
​
No refunds will be given for any cancellations during this period and no refunds will be given for no shows, therefore zero % of purchase of the World Class Voyager tour cost is refundable.
REFUNDS:
​
All refunds are conditioned upon your understanding that your acceptance of a refund is on the express condition that you release us from all further liability, and you thereby waive all additional rights and remedies under this contract or any applicable government, local, state, federal or foreign law.
Note: We suggest that all travelers purchase travel insurance for cancellations for any reason, medical emergencies, loss or delay of luggage, delays in travel plans caused by third carriers, such as land, air and sea carriers or for whatever reason, cancellations or any other circumstance that may arise, as World Class Voyager is not responsible for such occurrences.

Example of how a refund is calculated:
​
If the total cost of the services purchased is $ 1,000 USD and the 20% penalty is applied, your cancellation penalty will be calculated on the $ 1,000 USD therefore $ 200 USD penalty plus the non-refundable booking fee of $ 50 USD per passenger (Based on 2 passengers $ 100), plus an example $ 100 USD R/T train ticket per passenger (Based on 2 Passengers $200) your total refund would be $ 500 USD, minus of course any costs and fees World Class Voyager may incur to deliver your refund.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELATIONS AND REFUND REQUESTS:

All cancellations and refund requests must be e-mailed to us at: worldclassvoyager@gmail.com to be considered as a valid cancellation request and it must specify “Cancellation and or refund Request,” along with the relative reservation number or date and destination of the tour of the booking requested to be cancelled. If you are having difficulty sending an email you will also be able to cancel by phone at +39 333 358 3646 or on the “What’s App” application.

Note: In order for a cancellation to be valid you will need to receive a cancellation code confirmation from us at your email address that you used to book your World Class Voyager Tour.
CHANGES FOR SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS:
Changes requested during or before travel will result in extra charges. Changes however may not always be possible for a variety of reasons such as unavailability of service providers at the time of the request or for other reasons beyond the control of World Class Voyager, therefore World Class Voyager is not responsible in the event of not making any requested changes. World Class Voyager considers all requests regarding changes and acts to help satisfy travelers needs whenever possible.
TRAVELERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:
We regret that we cannot provide physical assistance to any tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off transportation vehicles, or other personal needs on tours. Travelers who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion and make arrangements with World Class Voyager for personal escort and / or special vehicles during the booking process.
World Class Voyager is sensible to the needs of travelers who have special requirements and upon request are able to have someone accompany and assist the traveler depending upon level of assistance needed, however all traveling aids and special transportation requested can be only provided at a surcharge.
NOTE: Special service requests need to be addressed at the time of booking, failure to do so will result in services not being available for hire and World Class Voyager will not be held liable regarding failure by traveler not requesting and purchasing special services at time of booking.
Some tours may not be appropriate for people with mobility and health problems, if you or anyone you are traveling with may have this sort of issue you must disclose this to World Class Voyager during the booking process.

PERSONAL EXPENSES:
​
Personal Expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and other beverages laundry, dry cleaning, airline tickets, excess luggage charges, vaccinations, passport fees, visa fees and services, airport arrival and departure taxes, individual train and airport transfers, and any other optional or incidental extras that are not specifically included in your purchase form World Class Voyager must be paid for by you or by whomever requests them as World Class Voyager is not responsible to pay for anything not specifically included in the purchase from World Class Voyager. If you run up a bill with the place of stay or any other facility you are requested to settle your bill in ample time before your departure.
CHANGES BY WORLD CLASS VOYAGER:

Before and during travel a variety of situations beyond the control of World Class Voyager and may require changes to services purchased from World Class Voyager, in the event such a need should arise, World Class Voyager reserves the right to modify the itinerary and services as situations may occur due to unpredictable circumstances such as road closures, issues with the lodging facilities or other unpredictable circumstances that may interrupt the scheduled itinerary and services purchased. In the event such a situation occurs we will do our best to re-arrange your travel schedule, services, if however, we are unable because of factors beyond our control, the passenger or passengers decline holding World Class Voyager responsible or liable for any such occurrences. World Class Voyager reserves the right to change the itinerary or trip features if an emergency or immediate need arises.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY:
World Class Voyager, does not own, lodging facilities, airlines, sea vessels, motor coach buses, or other transportation companies, providers of optional excursions, food service establishments, etc.., therefore World Class Voyager is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person, entity or third party for and for any damages or accidents that may occur.
In addition and without limitation, World Class Voyager is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services sold by World Class Voyager whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or superior force, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, weather conditions, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time
If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend an additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers, and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk.
World Class Voyager reserves the right to refuse services to any passenger that creates a nuisance and is unruly or is of general public nuisance either to the driver, escort, guide and to any of the other passengers, absolutely no refunds will be issued under these circumstances and the passenger or passengers of which services are refused decline holding World Class Voyager liable for such a decision. World Class Voyager reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any person for services at any time.
With the acceptance of this contract the traveler/s certify not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers and service providers.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:
In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, to the Responsibility Clause, services, the website www.worldclassvoyager.com, or any other information provided by World Class Voyager relating in any way to the trip , or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in New York, in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association then existent.
Upon payment for any World Class Voyager service, all tour participants and purchaser of services indicates acceptance of all the above Terms and Conditions and of the Arbitration Agreement and that this agreement supersedes any other legal agreement or arrangement the purchaser of services of World Class Voyager may have with other third parties that are involved in completing the sales transaction with World Class Voyager,
Any payment for services provided and arranged by World Class Voyager is considered acceptance of this agreement.
