Note: We do not sell your information, we are a small boutique tour operator specializing in quality tours of Italy and have absolutely no interest in selling or divulging your personal information. Any information that will be shared will be with our partners to complete the services requested from you to fulfil your contract with “World Class Voyager”, If we refer your basic information to hotels, drivers, guides and any other company it will be for the sole purpose of completing the travel services that your purchased from us and that information will be limited to name, telephone numbers, email address, and birth dates for rail and sea transportation ticketing and other travel related reservations made on upon your request. The information is used for identification and communication purposes before during and if necessary for administrative purposes after services are completed.

We may share your information if legally required to comply with law enforcement and governmental institutions, court orders or if we believe it necessary to prevent suspected fraud, threats and illegal activity of any sort.

For travellers under the age of 13 relative personal information must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian as we do not voluntarily collect information from persons under 13 years of age nor are we able to control who enters data on any of our forms on our website, therefore if it is to one’s knowledge that the information of a minor is in our data base without the consent of parent or guardian, they are to contact us immediately at info@worldclassvoyager.com in order to have that information eliminated. Information of passengers with a service contract will however be retained.
